Replacement of all faulty goods

Faulty or damaged goods can be returned to our warehouse and once received and verified as a fault with the manufacturer a new item will be shipped. All goods must be unused and returned with original packaging.

You will be notified of returned item being received and also of any updates in the process. Returns can take a while to process with the manufacturer but you will be kept in the loop of the process with any new information as it becomes available.

If within 30 days from date you purchase a Reliefband you find the product is not working for you all you need to do is send it back and we will give you a full product refund minus postage and handling. In order to qualify for the refund you must provide details of how you used the Reliefband so we can be sure directions were followed. Please ship to our warehouse and once received within 30 days from date of purchase we will refund monies paid for the product minus a $30AUD postage and handling fee.
